Groups meet at the Outpost at 521 Amboy Rd, near the Biltmore property. Get there 30 minutes early. Then the float starts: past Carrier Park, through the River Arts District, 3 to 4 hours depending on water levels that week. The trip ends at a private take-out in the River Arts District. A shuttle brings everyone back to the Outpost, just a few minutes drive away.
