At Asheville Adventure Company, we specialize in crafting unforgettable outdoor experiences, from tubing down the peaceful French Broad River to kayaking through stunning landscapes. Our team is dedicated to making every adventure seamless, safe, and fun. Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Outpost Assistant Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional experiences!
What You’ll DoAs an Outpost Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the outpost, including overseeing activities and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  • Supporting and motivating our team to provide top-notch customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Helping coordinate schedules, equipment, and logistics to ensure seamless outdoor excursions.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and guests.

Pay: $16-$20 an hour depending on experience

What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for a candidate who is as passionate about outdoor adventures as we are! To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, customer service, or operations role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A love for the outdoors and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
