Outpost Manager: Sales & Guest Services

Job Description: Asheville Adventure Company is looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Outpost Manager: Sales & Guest Services. Pay: $17-$19 an hour depending on experience

Essential Job Duties:

As a Outpost Manager: Sales & Guest Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to guests, answering questions, and assisting with bookings.
• Managing sales transactions and ensuring a smooth check-in process for guests embarking on their adventures.
• Offering helpful advice and recommendations about our activities, such as tubing, kayaking, and rafting.
• Collaborating and Supervising the team to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
• Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings a blend of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for outdoor adventures. Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
